We offer a full benefit package with enrollment in Virginia Retirement System (fully paid by employer) for full time positions and partial benefits for part time positions.

full time position based in the Juvenile Detention Center in Winchester, VA.Performs assessments, treatment plans and services in the Juvenile Detention Center. Requires Master’s degree in relevant field and experience with adolescents and families and experience working with the juvenile justice system. Major responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning and treatment of children, adolescents, and families experiencing primarily mental health problems. One full time position based in the Frederick County Public Schools. Provides direct administrative oversight and clinical supervision of a school-based Child/Adolescent Day Treatment program. Intake Therapist - Warren County
position split between our Warren County Mental Health Center and our Page County Mental Health Center. Responsible for making initial diagnostic and screening assessments and for providing short-term and crisis counseling interventions for individuals and families typically having service needs in more than one disability area. Requires Master degree in relevant field with job related clinical experience and demonstrated knowledge of treatment, management and therapeutic interventions with populations having mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse issues. Plans, implements, and evaluates substance abuse services and interventions through direct education, public awareness activities, development of community resources, and the design and initiation of interventions to address high risk populations. Maintains prevention database. Requires Bachelor’s degree in relevant human services field and ability to develop projects from concept to activity. Knowledge of community organization and concepts of mental health and substance abuse preferred. Involves 22.5 hours per week with flexible schedule.
