REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Northwestern Community Services Board will be requesting proposals for the following insurance coverages for the period September 1, 2008 through September 1, 2009, with an option to renew for an additional five years:

Directors, Officers and Trustees Liability Insurance
Professional Liability Insurance

Those wishing to submit a proposal are requested to contact the Business Coordinator at (540)636-4250, Ext. 2246, for a proposal package. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2008.

Northwestern Community Services reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award the coverage in whatever manner best serves the interest of Northwestern Community Services as provided by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
