Same Day Access


The Same Day Access (SDA) Walk-In Clinic is available for Children and Adults in need of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Services with Northwestern Community Services Board. At the SDA Clinic, we assist in identifying the most appropriate services to begin your treatment journey. Following assessment, you will be scheduled with a NWCSB treatment provider, or referred for additional services.

The SDA Walk-In Clinic serves individuals on a limited , first come, first-served basis.

Children and Adult

  • Mental Health Case Management

  • Psychiatric Medication Management

  • Therapy or referral to community
    based therapy

Adult Only

  • Substance Use Case Management, Treatment
    Groups, and IOP

  • Peer Recovery Support and Resource Center

  • Detox Screening Services

For Behavioral Health or Medical Emergencies, please call 911, or visit your nearest emergency room.
Typically our medication providers DO NOT see new patients at the walk in clinic on the same day.

Picture ID, Social Security Card
Insurance Card or Proof of Income, such as pay stubs, Social Security Benefit Statement, Unemployment, W-2 Form, Retirement or Pension Statement

Legal Guardian/Custody Documentation
Hospital Discharge Paperwork
