Front Royal, VA – Northwestern Community Services Board (NWCSB) is scheduled to begin providing same-day access to Clarke County residents in need of mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services later this month at the Berryville Clinic.

Same-day access for Clarke County children’s services is scheduled to begin Wednesday, February 14, 2024, and is scheduled to be available each Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Berryville Clinic, located at 309 W. Main St., in Berryville. Adult same-day access services are scheduled to begin on Friday, February 23, 2024, and will be scheduled for every other Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 am at the Berryville Clinic.

During same-day access services, members of the care team assist clients with identifying the most appropriate services to begin supporting them in their wellness journey and providing quality care.  Following the initial assessment, clients are scheduled to meet with an NWCSB provider, referred for additional services, and welcomed as the most important part of the care team.

Adults referred for assessment and/or evaluation by the Department of Social Services (DSS), Court, Probation, Parole officers, and/or Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) must have a referral faxed by the referring agency before their assessment. Referrals may be faxed to 540-667-5663.
