As part of NWCSB’s ongoing commitment to safety and security, all visitors to NWCSB facilities, including Board members, are expected to enter and exit through the main clinic entrance during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) so that appropriate visitor check-in and identification procedures can be completed.  Front desk staff will assist with visitor check-in, provide a visitor bade, and notify the individual you are meeting with.  For meetings held outside of normal business hours, the designated accessible meeting entrance will be unlocked approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.  Upon departure, please use the exit identified by agency staff.  Thank you for helping us support a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
